As a traditionalist and someone who spends a considerable amount of time reflecting on life and the lessons it brings, writing has become one of the ways I make sense of my own experiences and the things I notice around me.

I write about leadership, faith, change, identity, culture and the things that shape how we see ourselves and the world around us.

My perspective is shaped by my own experiences, growing up as a shy and timid child and learning to find my way through adulthood, building a business in a complex environment, learning to start again more than once, moving countries and navigating the many changes and unexpected turns that have come with life, work and relationships.

This is my personal thinking space, where I bring my reflections together, driven by a deep sense of curiosity about self-awareness and purposeful living.
